MEET OUR TEAM
STEVEN BARR
Steven has led Cast Member Church from its inception and is a recognized cultural futurist and Kingdom catalyst. He describes himself as a "paradoxical leader with the gift of ADD," which he uses to inspire churches and organizations around the world.
As the founder of CM Thrive, he has built a community of over a thousand current and former Disney Cast Members, through life and career mentoring.
Steven also leads INNOVA, a process aimed at helping pastors and church leaders expand their Kingdom influence. He is the author of two books, *Kingdom Influence* and *A Guide to a Life Beyond Imagination*, both available on Amazon.
He and his wife, Lucia, split their time between Orlando, Florida, and Paris, France, and have two adult children.
CHLOÉ TOUSSAINT
Chloé was born and raised on the coast of South Devon, England, but now makes her home in Paris, France. Having worked in the world of international relations, Chloé is comfortable in any cultural setting. This is one of the reasons she is the ideal person to coordinate Cast Member Church communication worldwide. Chloé lives with her husband, François, in Marne-la-Vallée, France, just a few minutes from Disneyland Paris.
LUCÍA BARR
Lucia has a contagious passion for helping others become all God has designed them to be. She possesses the unique ability to see in others what they cannot see in themselves.
Born and raised in Oaxaca, Mexico, Lucia moved to the United States almost 30 years ago. For over a decade, she has worked for The Walt Disney Company as a Coordinator for multiple countries in the World Showcase at EPCOT.
In addition to her leadership role in Cast Member Church, Lucia hosts a livestream program called "CREADOS PARA MAS," which provides leadership coaching to a Spanish-speaking audience worldwide.
MARISOL SAYLES
Marisol enjoys working behind the scenes, ensuring that our growing INNOVA movement, along with INNOVA Labs and Conversations, runs smoothly. Her strength and passion lie in her attention to detail.
From coordinating events to organizing mentoring schedules, Marisol is meticulous and never overlooks anything. She has a unique ability to uplift everyone’s spirits, even during challenging times. When ideas become stale, she encourages everyone to look beyond the ordinary and see potential from a fresh perspective.
Marisol lives in Orlando with her husband, Justin.
