STEVEN BARR
Steven has passionately led Cast Member Church since its inception. With 30 years of pastoral leadership, he is a recognized cultural futurist, Kingdom catalyst, and creative paradox (ask him what that means), inspiring the imaginations of churches and organizations worldwide.
As the founder of CM Thrive, Steven has also cultivated a vibrant global community of over a thousand current and former Cast Members, providing them with inspiration, mentoring, and strategies to keep moving forward in their careers and personal lives.
Steven is the author of two books: Kingdom Influence: Three Proven Keys to Revealing Jesus in a Skeptical and Suspicious World and A Guide to a Life Beyond Imagination (both available on Amazon).
Steven and his wife, Lucia, have two adult children and split their time living between Orlando, Florida, and Paris, France.
CHLOÉ TOUSSAINT
Chloé was born and raised on the coast of South Devon, England, but now makes her home in Paris, France. Having worked in the world of international relations, Chloé is comfortable in any cultural setting. This is one of the reasons she is the ideal person to coordinate Cast Member Church communication worldwide. Chloé lives with her husband, François, in Marne-la-Vallée, France, just a few minutes from Disneyland Paris.
LUCÍA BARR
Lucia has a contagious passion for helping others become all God has designed them to be. She possesses the unique ability to see in others what they cannot see in themselves.
Born and raised in Oaxaca, Mexico, Lucia moved to the United States almost 30 years ago. For over a decade, she has worked for The Walt Disney Company as a Coordinator for multiple countries in the World Showcase at EPCOT.
In addition to her leadership role in Cast Member Church, Lucia hosts a livestream program called "CREADOS PARA MAS," which provides leadership coaching to a Spanish-speaking audience worldwide.
MARISOL SAYLES
Marisol likes to work behind the scenes and ensures that our growing Kingdom Innovators movement and Learning Labs run smoothly. Organization has been her passion since she was very young.
Marisol keeps everyone's spirits up, even during adversity or uncertainty. When the air is stale with the same old ideas, she gets everyone to look outside and see the potential from a different perspective.
Marisol lives in Orlando with her husband, Justin.
