MEET STEVEN & LUCIA
For more than a decade, Steven and Lucia Barr have been a dynamic duo at the heart of Cast Member Church, blending their unique talents to invest in those who work in the Disney Parks worldwide.
Steven, a cultural futurist and Kingdom catalyst, leads CM Thrive, a faith-based life and career mentoring network for Disney Cast Members. He also coaches pastors, churches, and marketplace leaders on expanding their Kingdom influence in the harvest.
He is the author of two books: Kingdom Influence and A Guide to a Life Beyond Imagination.
Lucia, originally from Oaxaca, Mexico, has a passion for empowering individuals to discover their God-given identities and purposes. With over a decade at The Walt Disney Company as a Coordinator for multiple countries in EPCOT’s World Showcase, she brings a heart for cross-cultural connection and encouragement to everything she does.
Steven and Lucia have two adult children and split their time between Orlando, Florida, and Paris, France, nurturing a global family that encourages authentic relationships and personal journeys toward Jesus—and with Jesus.
